The theme of this blog space is Customer Loyalty, Net Promoter Score(R), driving change, creating profits and growing businesses. All the good things that we, as Marketers hope to achieve in our lifetime.
By way of background, I am a Certified Net Promoter® Associate and Consultant with over 35 years of experience in research, marketing and customer insights.
I’ve had hits and misses in my career like everyone else, but I like to think this has given me wisdom and insights that I can share with whoever will listen.
I’m also a part-time college instructor teaching courses in Marketing, Applied Research and Customer Relationship Management. This keeps me close to the new generation of consumers and marketers – an interesting bunch!
